Gadd/Guillot
Gadd/Guillot serves nonprofit executives and trustees who are seeking a blend of
planning, philanthropy, and leadership programs that will advance their
missions. Gadd/Guillot works in partnership with nonprofit organizations to anticipate and manage the challenges of the philanthropic marketplace. We specialize in aligning organizational strategies, building board effectiveness, and maximizing fundraising and constituency development.
For seventeen years, with his wife and business partner Lisa, Michael owned and operated the New Orleans-based consulting firm Virtual Development Group (VDG). Due to the devastation spawned by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, VDG was forced to close. Lisa began Gadd/Guillot in 2006 in response to the needs of former clients of Virtual Development Group. In 2009 Michael and Lisa again realized their dream of collaborating, offering their combined wisdom based on experience personally working with consultants, speakers, artists, politicians, and nonprofits across the Eastern United States and throughout the nation.
